It was a Sunday morning and I went through the Dunkin drive thru thinking I could get through quickly...I was wrong! I was the second car in line. I couldn't understand why it was taking so long to get my order. I then realized the driver of the car in front of me was a friend of the DD employee. Once I realized it I beeped the horn to make them aware that I was annoyed. They didn't seem to care.
When I finally got to the window, I let the employee know that I wasn't happy. Again, she didn't seem to care. I finally said that I wanted to speak with the Manager, however, she said he wasn't there. Over the last few years, I've noticed a service quality issue at many of the DDs that I patronage. Have you seen a decrease in service quality too?
