Was told to be quiet or she would not take my order

Just before the Holidays, my wife and I went to our local DD to request a coffee and tea. Upon our arrival, I gave my order, and was told to wait a minute. I could hear the person taking my order laughing and talking to another customer inside DD. Again, I repeated my order, and DD worker said excuse me sire, if you keep this up, I'm not going to take your order. At that point, I told her to forget it and drove off to another DD in same town.
